The COO Collective The COO Collective

By Application Only · Founding Chapter · Lubbock 2026

The only room built for the person carrying the weight of operations.

A confidential, in-person peer advisory community for COOs, Integrators, and Vice Presidents of Operations at companies generating $10M or more in annual revenue.

Why It Exists

Every major peer advisory organization is built for the CEO.

YPO. Vistage. EO. Every one of them is built for the founder, the owner, the chief executive. The person who actually runs the major functions of the business has nowhere to go.

Operational leaders carry pressure from the CEO above and the team below. They make decisions that determine whether the company executes or stalls. And they do it without a peer community that understands the weight of the seat.

You will never again feel like you're the only one carrying the weight of operations alone.

The Forum

Nine times a year. Four hours. Same room. Same seven operators.

9

Per Year

Closed-door, in-person forums. Same group, same time, same place.

4

Hours Each

Strict format. Updates, issue clearing, two deep dives, close.

7

Members

Hand-selected. No competitors in the same chapter. No exceptions.

Pure Gestalt Protocol

No advice. No problem-solving by the group. Members share first-person experience only. The presenter integrates what lands and decides. The Moderator enforces the protocol without exception.

The Whole Person

Business, personal, and emotional leadership are all within bounds. Sanitized presentations produce sanitized results. The room can only help you as much as you let it.

Quarterly Gatherings

Four half-days per year. Two members-only with workshops or guest speakers. Two open afternoons that build your network beyond the room.

Confidential. Forever.

Nothing said in a forum leaves the room. Ever. Protected by a legally binding agreement that applies in perpetuity. Breach equals immediate, permanent removal.

  • · You would be asked to run the company in the owner's absence.

Revenue

Your organization generates $10M or more in annual revenue. No cap. Any industry.

Title

COO, Integrator, VP of Operations, Director of Operations, General Manager, or equivalent.

Influence

Five or more people under your operational influence.

Embedded
